This thermostat neck can also replace the NLA 3-bolt neck 11060-P6500 on the L6 engines using the right bolts- 1 long, 2 short
However, it does not have the two threaded bosses on the back side of the neck
Not sure what bolts onto those bosses- You will have to decide if this matters to you or not
