The original version of this washer was stamped, which caused it to be convex on one side and concave on the other side
The current version is a better design
It appears to be laser cut & parallel ground
There are no grinding or machining marks visible on either side, just a uniform texture on both faces, possibly indicating shot peening

This washer can also be used to replace the NLA 12308-V0700 and 12308-W3400 washers
The V0700 washer had a smaller OD (1.736" -VS- 1.969" on this washer)
The W3400 washer was the same specs as the V0700, but had a slight indentation where the bolt head goes
