This guide was original equipment on the L28, but can be used to upgrade the guide on the L13 L14 L16 L18 L20B L24 & L26 engines
It is made of thicker metal -vs- the non-L28 guides
It is very possible that your L28 currently has the thinner metal non-L28 guide due to being replaced at some point by an aftermarket L24/L26 timing kit or individual components
Includes two OE mounting bolts- not pictured
