The ID marking on this valve is 45D
This is the correct and proper Original Equipment PCV valve for:
1980 S130 280ZX
1981-1983 S130 280ZX Turbo
1984-1989 Z31 300ZX Turbo
This same valve was also installed under a recall campaign on the following vehicles:
1975-1978 S30 280Z
1979 S130 280ZX
1977-1980 810
ALL Factory parts catalogs for these 3 above vehicles only list the pre-recall part numbers as replacement parts,
so it is very possible that this valve was installed under the recall, but then later removed and replaced with an original,
or original-equivalent valve, which literally reverses the PCV valve portion of the PCV recall
According to the recall bulletin, the recall valve part number (the valve that is for sale here) is supposed to perform better under cold or icing conditions
BEWARE-
Almost all (if not totally all) aftermarket PCV valve application charts INCORRECTLY consolidate this valve in with a bunch of other similar valves
IT IS NOT THE SAME VALVE
This valve can probably replace any of those other valves, but NONE of the other valves can properly replace THIS valve
