The threads on the later 63840-N3400 bumper will screw somewhat loosely into the 1/4-28 UNF body nut in a up to 01/1974 Zcar
You may need an extra M6 nut below the nut on the body to properly tighten these bumpers when used on a up to 01/1974 car
