These plugs can be used to replace the NLA 27243-28500 heater hose grommets if you cut out the center part so that a hose can pass through
The 27243-28500 grommets were used for the heater hoses on the following vehicles:
1977-1979 S10 200SX
1972-1979 620 Pickup Truck
1970-1978 S30 240Z 260Z 280Z
These plugs may also work as grommets on the 1968-1973 510's where the heater hose fittings come thru the firewall if you remove the metal holders
